Agreement

These terms apply when you use getlitandloud.com, join the Lit List, hold a Lit Pass™ or attend a Lit & Loud event. By doing any of those, you agree to them. Lit & Loud LLC ("Lit & Loud", "we", "us") is a Michigan state-licensed cannabis engagement event operator (license AU-MEO-000232).

21+ only

You must be 21 or older to sign up, hold a pass or attend. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door for every guest, including plus-ones. No ID, no entry.

The Lit List and invites

• Joining the Lit List doesn't guarantee an invite. Space is limited and invites are at our discretion.
• Keep your details accurate and up to date in your Lit Pass™.
• One account per person.

Your Lit Pass™

• Passes are personal and non-transferable. Don't share, sell or copy your QR code.
• Each pass admits one person, once. Screenshots and duplicates may be refused.
• You're responsible for any plus-one you add. They must meet the same requirements and follow these terms.
• We may cancel a pass that's been shared, resold or used improperly.

At the event

• Follow staff instructions and all posted rules.
• Cannabis may only be consumed in designated areas, as allowed under our license and Michigan law.
• No outside cannabis sales or transfers. Only licensed participants may sell, and only where permitted.
• No harassment, violence, weapons or illegal drugs.
• Don't drive impaired. Plan a ride before you arrive.

We may refuse entry or remove anyone, without refund, to keep the event safe or compliant.

Vendors, sponsors and artists

Business participants must hold any licenses their activity requires, follow Michigan cannabis rules and any separate agreement with us. Booth, product and performance details are confirmed in writing before each event.

Photos and video

Events are photographed and filmed. If you opted in to the photo & video release, you allow us to use images you appear in for recaps and promotion, without payment. See our Privacy Policy to change your choice.

Event changes

Dates, venues, lineups and details may change. We'll let you know through your Lit Pass™, email or text. Refunds, where tickets are sold, follow our Refund Policy.

Your responsibility

Attending is voluntary. You're responsible for your own consumption, health and belongings. Cannabis affects people differently. Know your limits.

Limits of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lit & Loud isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost or stolen property, arising from our site or events. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the event in question.

Our content

The Lit & Loud name, Lit Pass™, logos, designs and site content belong to us. Don't use them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Michigan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site or attend events means you accept the changes.
