Refund Policy

Free passes

Joining the Lit List and holding a Lit Pass™ is free. There's nothing to refund. If you can't make it, let us know so we can open your spot to someone else.

Paid tickets

• Up to 7 days before the event: full refund.
• Less than 7 days before: no refund, but you can ask us to move your ticket to another person on the Lit List.
• Service and processing fees are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.

If we cancel or reschedule

• Cancelled: full refund, including fees, to your original payment method.
• Rescheduled: your ticket carries over to the new date. If you can't make it, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
• A change to the venue or lineup alone isn't grounds for a refund.

Refused entry or removal

No refund if you're refused entry for not having a valid 21+ ID, or removed for breaking our Terms & Conditions.

Vendors and sponsors

Booth, sponsorship and partner fees follow the refund terms in your written agreement with us.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your name, the event and your order or pass ID. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
